Blueberry muffins

MMMmmuffins dont need any animals to be delicious and as sweet as your heart. This recipe is a proof that you will make in 20 minutes.

    Very ripe bananas

    Melted coconut oil

    Coconut blossom sugar

    flaxseeds (optional)

    baking powder

    baking soda

    blueberries

Ground the flax seeds in a mortar. Mix with 3 tbsp water, set for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Line a 12-cup muffin pan with muffin liners.

Mash the bananas in a bowl. Add the oil, coconutblossom sugar, flax seeds, and vanilla. Whisk until well incorporated. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda or salt. Whisk wel. Add blueberries gently. Pour in muffin cups. Fill until ¾ full.

Bake about 15 minutes.
