  • 2-3 servings of stir fry noodles

    garlic cloves minced

    chili oil

    vegan oyster sauce

  • Greens(steamed bok choy, spinach, to your liking)

  • Char siu sauce

Recipe

  1. Boil a pot of water and cook the stir fry noodles according to the package.
  2. Once it’s done cooking, drain the water out using a colander.
  3. In a wok, heat up some vegetable oil, and once heated, put in the onions, garlic, chili oil and let it cook till fragrant for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Next, stir in the noodles, sweet dark and light soy sauce, vegan oyster sauce.
  5. For the char siu, chop up the tofu horizontally and marinate it in a sauce mixture, as mentioned above.
  6. Let it marinate for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Lastly, cook the char siu on a pan with a bit of vegetable oil and cook on each side for 2 minutes. You can also cook it in the air fryer as well!

Enjoy and this is best served with steamed bok choy, dumplings, and scallion pancakes
