Fennel and carrot beignets

    Carrot shredded

    Fennel finely chopped

    Chickpea flour

    Dill

    Arrowroots

  • salt, pepper, oil

Crunchy on outside, sweet and savory on the inside

Instruction

1. In a large bowl, combine chopped vegetables, both flour, salt, pepper, dill, and arrow root. Alternatively, you can do this in a food processor to save time. Add 2 tbsp oil and water as needed until a rough, lumpy dough/mixture form. refrigerate for 15 minutes.

2. Roll the mixture into individual golf balls.

3. Preheat your air fryer or fryer with oil. Fry the beignets until golden brown, about 5 minutes (10 for air fryer).

4. Let the oil drain and serve hot.
