For the gochujang sauce:

ml
gochujang sauce

sesame oil

Chop the okras into bite-size popcorn pieces.
Now mix all the gojuchang sauce ingredients together. Adjust and add the spices according to your preference.
Mix all the batter ingredients, it should be a thick buttermilk consistency. Add a few tsp of water or flour if needed to achieve the desired consistency.
Mix all the breading ingredients in a separate bowl. Now drop the okras into the batter, then the breading.
Fry the okras in the deep fryer until golden brown. After, coat the okras in the gochujang sauce. Place in a small bowl.
