This scrumptious dumpling recipe is quick and easy to make. Chop your ingredients, fill and fold the dumpling. The only thing left is to do is steam!

water or soy cream to seal dumplings

dim sum wrappers
soy sauce for dipping
Prep and chop your vegetables finely. In a medium-sized bowl, crumble all your tofu until it resembles ‘scrambled eggs’. Add all the other ingredients into your bowl.
Defrost your dim sum wrappers until they are soft enough to fold. Put 1 tbs of filling into the middle of your wrapper, and around the rims, put your water or soy cream. Fold in half (crescent shape). Then at the two edges, fold them in together so that it looks like a ‘fortune cookie’.
Steam for 10 minutes or until the skin looks glossy and enjoy with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce!
