Ingredients
750g Seitan
2 Onions
4 Cloves Garlic
4 tbsp Olive Oil
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Oregano
1 tbsp shoarma spices
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Thyme
Pinch of Rosemary
Wraps
Toppings like chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and olives
Preparation
Transfer the seitan (without the water) into a big bowl. Add oregano, shoarma spices, soy sauce, thyme, rosemary and pepper. Mix well. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Chop the onion in thin half rings.
Chop the garlic cloves in thin slices.
Heat the oil in a big pan. Fry the onions until they are caramelized well. Add then the garlic and seitan. Fry another 5 minutes.
Rolt into wraps with preferred toppings.
