Ingredients

4 cup water
1 tsp pure vanilla essence
2,5 cups oil
4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
3 cups coconutblossom sugar
6 tbsp cornstarch
100 g pure chocolate, chopped in small chips

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 165 C.

Whisk the water with oil, then set aside.
Line the oven trays with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, stir all remaining ingredients. Then stir in the liquid ingredients to form a brownie batter. Smooth evenly into the trays.

Bake for about 20 minutes. The brownies should look underdone when they come out.
Let cool down on the counter before cutting in pieces.
