Ingredients

500 g mango
1 liter soy yogurt
500 ml rice milk
2-3 tablespoons maple syrup (if necessary)
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
pistachios to garnish

Preparation

Peel and cut the mango in small pieces
Mix all ingredients in our power blender.
Taste and add syrup if necessary.

Pour in glasses, garnish with chopped pistachios.
Keep in the fridge until serving.
