Ingredients

Pastry
300 gr flour
150 gr margarine
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Cold water

Filling
200 gr potatoes
150 ml soy milk
150 ml sunflower oil
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp yeast flakes
½ tsp salt
½ tsp paprika powder
125 gr smoked seitan
2 big onions
Fresh herbs (thyme, oregano, etc)

Preparation

Rinse the chickpeas. Keep the liquide! This is called Aquafaba..
On a pan, add 1-2 tablespoons of oil. Chop the onion into small pieces and let it saute for a while.
Add all other ingredients except for the chickpeas (and the liquide).
Mix and wait until it turns fragrant and golden brown in colour.
Add the chickpeas to the pan let it simmer for around 10 mins.

Serve on top of the rice.
Decorate with some greens like fresh coriander, parsley or green onions.
