Ingredients

250g flour
8g baking powder (two small teaspoons)
1tsp cinnamon
30g coarsely crushed walnuts
A pinch of salt
250ml Soy milk
1 tea bag
40g oil
30gr rice syrup
40g raisins

Filling
100g Soy whip cream
Orange marmalade

Preparation

Preheat the oven at 180 ° C
Put boiling water and tea in a bowl, add the raisins
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl
Add the milk and oil and mix again
Grate the orange for the zest
Strain the raisins (you can drink the tea!) and mix them with the rice syrup and the orange zest
Add these ingredients to the dough and mix everything together
Divide the dough in 10 portions
Put the portions of dough on an oven tray with a baking sheet
Mix the soy milk and rice syrup and brush this mix on the scones
Bake for 15 minutes
Wait a few minutes to let them cool down

Filling
Mix the soy whip cream until it becomes fluffy
When the scones have cooled down, cut them in half
Fill them with marmalade and soy whipped cream
