Red Beet Burgers

Ingredients
2 cup of cooked red beets, grated
1 cup of carrots and parsnip, grated
1 cup of sweet potato, grated
2 cups of onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons of ground cumin
1 cup of flour or chickpea flour
½ cup gluten flour (optional)
1 tablespoon of arrowroot
pepper, salt
vegetable oil for frying
Preparation
Peel and (roughly) grate the vegetables and put them in a bowl. Add the flour, arrowroot, cumin, salt and pepper. Mix these ingredients by kneading with your hands. Put the mixture in the fridge for 15 minutes. Then, form them into burger shape (with your hands) and fry them in hot oil for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Best served with mashed potatoes.
