Ingredients

8 Sheets of phyllo dough

100 g spinach

200 g Tofu, crumbled

100 g Onion

1 tsp Turmeric

1 tbsp Yeast flakes

1 tsp Lemon juice

Salt and pepper

Preparation

Fry the chopped onions in heated oil 5 minutes. Add spinach and tofu and fry another 3 minutes. Turn the heat off. Mix with turmeric, yeast flakes, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Cut the dough in two diagonal pieces. Fill them with the spinach filling.

Fold it as a triangle step by step.

Fry them in a frying pan in oil.
