1 big carrot
100 gram dates
40 gram oat flakes
50 gram hazelnuts
50 gram almonds
25 gram grated cocos
pinch of nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
40 ml rice syrup
60 gram coco’s oil (melted)
raw cacao or carobe powder
extra grated cocos
Preparation
Grate the carrots very fine.
Blend the dates and nuts in a blender. Mix everything in a big bowl. Knead well into small balls. Roll them through cacao/carobe or cocos.
Cool it in the fridge at least for 1 hour.
